• Free exchange on eligible orders
• Free return shipping, no deductions
• Item must be unworn with tags and packaging intact

• Unused and unwashed items only
• Tags and original packaging must be intact
• Include your order confirmation or receipt
• Unboxing video required for damage or missing item claims

How to Request a Return or Exchange

• We’ll send you the return label and shipping instructions

Damaged or Wrong Product

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us with the unboxing video
• We’ll resolve it immediately
